Property Description: A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances, and prescriptions and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging to anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. James, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, in South Vacherie, in Section 24, Township 13 South, Range 17 East, being LOT THIRTY-TWO (32) OF ELLIS STREET SUBDIVISION, as per plan of survey made by Lucien C.
