Property Description: 1997 Waverlee Shoals mobile home 28 x 60 bearing serial number 19L00044XU immobilized onto and including the immovable property described below: A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances and prescriptions and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. James, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, in Vacherie, being Lot Fifty-eight (58) of Extension Eleven (11) of Armant Subdivision, as per plan of survey made by Felix L. Dornier, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 30, 1978, with a copy of said plan of survey being attached to an Act of Street Dedication by Larry C.
