A certain lot of ground situated in the Town of Gramercy, Parish of St. James, State of Louisiana, which lot is designated as Lot No. Ten (10) on a plan of survey of the Ezidore Subdivision made by Durald F. Woods, Civil Engineer, dated September 30, 1958, a copy of which plan of survey is attached to an Act of Sale by Joseph A. Ezidore et al. to Louis Matthews et ux., dated January 30, 1962 and of record as Entry No. 19766 of the Conveyance records of St. James Parish, Louisiana.

According to said plan, Lot No. Ten (10) is bounded on the east side by South Millet Avenue (formerly Ezidore Road), on the north side by an unnamed public road shown on the plan to be Thirty-three (33’) feet in width, on the west by Hickory Street, and on the south by Lot D.  The said lot measures Seventy and 7/10 (70.7’) feet on its east side along South Millet Avenue, Seventy-four and 2/10 (74.2’) feet along its north side, Seventy-five and 35/100 (75.35’) feet on its west side along Hickory Avenue, and Seventy-four and 1/10 (74.1’) feet on its south side adjacent to Lot D.  All as shown on said plan of survey which is made a part hereof by reference.
