A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances, and prescriptions and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. James, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, in Vacherie, being Tract Five (5) of Waguespack Street Subdivision, as per plan of survey made by Kenneth L. Waguespack, Sr. And Cecil Marie Schexnayder Waguespack, being the northwestern corner of Tract Two (2) of Waguespack Street Subdivision shown on said plan of survey, proceed South 19° 32’ 03” East a distance  of 257.28 feet to a point and corner called the Point of Beginning, thence proceed North 70° 27’ 57” East a distance of 74.00 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed South 19° 32’ 03” East a distance of 23.50 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed North 70° 28’ 39” East a distance of 55.33 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed South 19° 31’ 21” East a distance of 128.25 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed South 72° 17’ 16” West a distance of 61.57 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed South 70° 27’ 57” West a distance of 74.00 feet to a point and corner; thence proceed North 19° 32’ 03” West a distance of 150.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; containing 18,146 square feet; all as is more fully shown on said plan of survey referred to above.
