A certain tract of land, situated on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River in the Parish of St. James, comprising a portion of the Old Cabanocey Plantation located in TS 12 and 13 S, R 16 E, S.E. District of Louisiana, west of river, which tract contains approximately 6.75 acres, and is more fully described as follows: it begins at a point marked by an iron pipe on the southeast comer and runs N 41 39′ W to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence N 15 05′ to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence S 48 45′ E to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence N 36 40 E to the Mississippi River; thence it follows the river in an easterly direction for a distance of 2 chains, more or less, thence S 31 48′ W to a point marked by an iron pipe on the south side of the T. & P.R.R. right of way; thence S 14 54 W to the point of beginning; all as per plan survey made by Durald F. Woods, C.E. dated February 11th, 1950; together with all buildings and improvements thereon belonging or in anywise appertaining.

Woods, C.E., dated Feb. 11, 1950.
