A certain tract of land or parcel of ground, together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and appurtenances and prescriptions and prescriptive rights, both liberative and acquisitive, thereunto belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of St. James, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of the Mississippi River, in South Vacherie, in Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 17 East, being Lot One (1) of Block Three (3) of High Ridge Subdivision, as per plan of survey made by George Bergeron, Jr., Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 17, 1976, with a copy of said plan of survey being attached to an Act Establishing Restrictive Covenants for High Ridge Subdivision dated June 3, 1976, recorded under Entry No. 43108 of the Records of St. James Parish, Louisiana, which plan of survey is made a part hereof by reference hereto, and in accordance therewith. Lot One (1) of Block Three (3) of High Ridge Subdivision measures 120.00 feet front on the East side of a public street known as High Ridge Road, by a depth on its northern sideline of 97.0 feet by a depth on its southern sideline of 97.0 feet, and with a width in the rear of East 120.00 feet, and is bounded on the North by Lot Two (2) of Block Three (3) of High Ridge Subdivision, on the South by a public street known as Second Street, and on the West by a public street known as High Ridge Road on which said lot fronts.
