On Saturday August 31st, 2019 at approximately 3:21 am, the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call reporting a shooting that had taken place in front of the residence located at 2312 North Exchange Alley in Lutcher, LA. Upon arriving at the scene, deputies discovered Keith Roland Robertson, III (DOB 4-25-2000, Lutcher, LA) had been shot multiple times and was lying in front of his residence near the roadway. Acadian Ambulance was immediately dispatched to the scene, but Mr. Robertson succumbed to his wounds and died at the scene. Detectives with the sheriff’s office are investigating this homicide.
