On Thursday, August 30th, 2012, the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Bervick Thomas Phillips, III (B/M, DOB 8/18/1992, 13207 Desire Street, Vacherie, LA 70090) and charged him with two counts of looting, one count of resisting arrest, and one count of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.
