Looter Arrested

On Thursday, August 30th, 2012, the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Bervick Thomas Phillips, III (B/M, DOB 8/18/1992, 13207 Desire Street, Vacherie, LA 70090) and charged him with two counts of looting, one count of resisting arrest, and one count of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling.  Bervick Phillips, III is currently incarcerated at the St. James Parish Jail and bond has been set at $41,000 dollars.
